Pharmacy Residency

Application Process

Please submit the following materials to Jessica Price, Residency Program Director, by January 15:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Official school transcripts sent directly from the college/school of pharmacy
  • Three letters of recommendation accompanied by the Recommendation Request Form. Click here.
    • Two letters must be from a clinical preceptor or college faculty member
    • Applicants to provide the Recommendation Request Form to each reference
    • Recommendation letters and accompanying forms must be sent directly to the residency program director from the references
  • Lehigh Valley Health Network online employee application. Click here.

Individual on-site interviews are required and will be scheduled by invitation.
